BinMinder 9300 - Sludge Level Detector BinMinder 9300 provides superior performance in the full range of water and wastewater clarifiers and thickeners. Single and multi-channel systems offer flexibility and low cost. Ultrasonic frequency tuned to the demands of light density suspended solids blankets typical to municipal sludge. Highly reliable echo analysis algorithms are supported by 32-bit microprocessor technology. Comprehensive echo profile display provides assurance that the signal is reliable and the measurement is accurate. If performance is the question ... BinMinder is the only reliable answer!
BinMinder 9300-ETS - Sludge Level and Effluent Turbidity Analyzer Now...sludge level and effluent turbidity information from the same instrument! BinMinder 9300-ETS combines proven ultrasonic sludge level and reliable 90º scattered light turbidity in a dual purpose analyzer. Secondary clarifier effluent water quality is a critical process parameter – alert operators to upset conditions and prevent unnecessary regulatory penalties. Until now, operators have had to rely on visual inspection, time-delayed lab analysis, or turbidity measurement in combined discharge channels to monitor effluent water quality. With BinMinder 9300-ETS operators continuously monitor and control sludge level and effluent turbidity in each clarifier at little more than the cost of sludge level alone. Don’t be fooled by instruments that purport to provide a reliable “water clarity” indication with an ultrasonic sensor. The proven technology for water clarity is 90º scattered light turbidity – not ultrasonics. BinMinder 9300-ETS: Available in single or multi-channel configurations.
Expansion Pro Analyzer 2000 - Filter Backwash Monitor EPA 2000 is the first underwater ultrasonic monitor designed to continuously monitor media expansion during filter backwash. The local backlit LCD provides a continuous readout of media expansion in Inches or Centimeters and as a Percent of media depth. Media depth and media loss are also conveniently displayed for 1-4 filters. The system supports filter backwash optimization, automatic backwash control, and helps prevent media loss. EPA 2000 with backwash turbidity provides a highly cost-effective measurement of media expansion and backwash turbidity in one sensor.
Auto-Clean Sensors Air bubbles, slime and other accumulations on the face of the sensor can result in loss of signal and measurement failure. In many applications a surface skimmer rotates the sensor out of the clarifier and allows it to splash into the water as it passes. This action typically keeps material off the face of the sensor and supports extended performance without additional cleaning. In installations with no surface skimmer, signal deterioration is common and a self-cleaning transducer is required to assure uninterrupted service. Our integrated wiper-blade sensor provides effective automatic cleaning at low cost and is a direct replacement for our standard transducer.
